Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of our subcontractors (Cloudflare, Calendly, Google) are established in the United States. These transfers are governed by mechanisms recognised by the European Commission: an adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) accompanied by supplementary technical and organisational measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure: TLS encryption across the entire Site, secure hosting, application firewall, strict access control, regular backups and security updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
