DUO / TRIO REFORMER CLASSES

Here at Real Pilates Cannes we offer both DUO REFORMER CLASSES  and TRIO REFORMER CLASSES. Our goal is to help each individual to reach deeper, higher and stronger into their personal core, whatever age you are. We are here to help balance the body, to enhance your strength and improve your weaknesses. We work with you to get the best potential from your body and give you that “reformer advantage”. DUO CLASSES include using not only the reformer but all the individual pieces of the Pilates equipment, whereas in our TRIO CLASSES we concentrate mainly on the reformer. All sessions are taught under the guidance of Linda de Haviland or Sophie Pradines, both certified ROMANAS PILATES instructors.
