Studio 45's group classes take place in small groups of up to 3 people on the Reformer. This format guarantees close supervision akin to a private lesson, while still benefiting from group dynamics. Each session follows the classic sequence of the Romana method, adapted to the group's level.
This format is recommended for pupils who already have experience in Private lesson or a solid foundation in Pilates. Progression is collective but correction remains individual.
