The duo class brings together 2 people of the same level on the Reformer. It's the ideal format for progressing faster than in a group class, with a shared cost. The sequence follows the Romana Kryzanowska's original method, inherited directly from the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
Each participant receives individual feedback during the session. For students wanting even more personalised support, private lessons remain the most suitable format.

Group classes
Small, supervised groups on the Reformer. Maximum of 3 people to guarantee the quality of supervision. Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.
Private Lessons
Individual session on all apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel). The complete method, adapted to your body and your pace.
