Trio classes take place in small groups of no more than 3 people, mainly on the Reformer. This format guarantees safe and respectful supervision, while benefiting from the group dynamic.
Each session follows the classic sequence of Joseph Pilates' method, adapted to the level of the group. This format is recommended for students who already have experience of private classes or a solid grounding in Pilates.
