The Discovery course is the best way to get started at Studio 45. In 50 minutes, Sophie will guide you on the iconic equipment of the original Pilates method: Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Mat. The session is designed to assess your level, identify your specific needs and introduce you to the Real Pilates method at your own pace.
This first lesson is one-to-one, entirely dedicated to your journey. Following the session, Sophie will advise you on the most suitable format for your goals. private lessons, duo / trio You Group classes.

2 people, same level. Progression is faster than in a group class and the cost is shared. Ideal for coming with a friend or as a couple.
Group classes
Small, supervised groups on the Reformer. Maximum of 3 people to guarantee the quality of supervision. Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.
Private Lessons
Individual session on all apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel). The complete method, adapted to your body and your pace.
